okay here’s the thing, if a person has done something really gross and bad such as an act of racism, homophobia, or anything such as these, i think they deserve to be cancelled. but if it was like one tiny little comment then do they really deserve it? and another big factor in this is apologies and growth - i believe a person can learn from their mistakes and continue to grow as a person. and if they apologize and keep doing these dumb acts then obviously they don’t care about that. anyways tl;dr, tumblr cancel culture is lowkey stupid as hell especially if the person made a small mistake and apologized for it. this is really long and not coherent at all i’m sorry
